This is held in conjunction with the Junior Prize Giving. Of the current 9 committee members, two have definitely indicated that they will be retiring at this AGM and a further two are considering their availability. Obviously we are on the lookout for some more people to join us. Generally we meet once a month from January to September. We enjoy the usual discussions and make the decisions that affect what happens to your daughter and her netball team. We would love to hear from any of you interested in joining us for next season, particularly from parents of the junior grades.
We will be seeking your feedback on ideas to improve how we run the Club and how we keep operating.
All players are required to return their playing bag and jacket on Sunday 5 September at the Prize Giving in good condition. Ensure you have cleaned your jacket and bag. Any player not returning their gear will be considered nonfinancial and will be ineligible to play netball in 2011 for any club until the gear is returned in good condition or satisfactory reimbursement is made to Technical. Remember that we have your name and contact details to match the numbers on the jackets and bags. Replacement costs are $36 for backpacks and $60 for jackets.
Coaches should also return the team gear bag on Prize Giving day. Ensure you have cleaned the bibs, gear and bag. Contact Raewyn Pope firstname.lastname@example.org
if you need to return it at another time.
